  • How to make an order?

    You can place an order using our telegram bot or our official website

  • What to do if the goods did not arrived?

    If a parcel is too late or missing, we will give you a full refund. To do this, simply write to the Support.

  • Where can I get an order?

    You can pick up your purchases at Boxberry pickup points.

  • Guarantees

    We provide guarantees in the form of commission agreements, under which our company operates. In our work we are guided by international law as well as generally accepted legal practices. We provide the most transparent work for your comfort, the Support Service operates around the clock, you can get an answer to any question of interest within the order, in the VK group, on the official website geoexpress.net, or by asking a question in the telegram-bot.

  • What information is needed for delivery?

    We take care of all customs clearance duties. For this, we require your passport details and TIN, which you can enter in your personal account, under "My details" section. Immediately after parcel's crossing the border of the Russian Federation, we upload the declaration with your information to the electronic declaration system of the FCS of Russia. You do not need to fill in anything additional. We guarantee the safe storage of your personal information in our system.

  • Where do you ship from?

    We collect the parcel from our partners' warehouses - in different parts of the world. Then we send it to the territory of the Russian Federation.

  • How long does delivery take?

    We deliver orders from USA, Europe, China and Georgia ourselves: delivery time depends on selected type of delivery, as well as the point of departure and arrival. Total delivery time does not exceed 60 days.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    You will receive a link which will allow you to pay for your order.

  • What can be ordered from GeoExpress*?

    Everything that is not forbidden by the laws of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Georgia, as well as the countries from which the goods are delivered, can be purchased from us.

The Customer knows which particular product he/she wants to buy, knows where it is and where he/she wants to buy it, sends us a link for approval and waits for us to confirm that it can be purchased and delivered. Then we agree on the price with the Customer, sign a contract, purchase and send it.

2 option

The Customer knows what product he/she wants to buy, but does not know where to do it, then we find the product, negotiate its price with him/she, sign a contract, purchase and send it.
